Main building
The main building at Hasse fen offers lab space, a large meeting room, a hot desk office, Kitchen and shower facilities.
large industrial building
Next to the main building stands a 2,800ft2 industrial building. The building has roller door access from both ends and personnel doors and is split into three internal compartments.
Glasshouse and out door growing spaces
The site also offers a 500ft2 glasshouse ideal for research and outdoor growing areas.
Polytunnels
The Hasse fen site offers two large Polytunnels, both of which are equipped with hydroponic growing systems, deep water and ebb & flow.
Storage area
Known as our tractor shed, this 1,400ft2 area is linked to the main building and is accessed from the internal personnel door or the two full-height electric roller doors. Water and electrical power, along with Skylights on the roof, also make this space ideal for working in.
Othe facilites
The site also offers a large off-street parking area, security gate, CCTV, rainwater harvesting, a 10kw air source heat pump with thermal solar panels and a 33Kw solar array.
